I have been on these types of meds for so long now, I think its been 7 years approximately. I feel great, Ive really been able to work so many issues...Im so happy about that. The thing is that I want off the meds. Last time I went off meds, I got so dizzy and lightheaded. I didn't use my doctors help coming off the meds. Have you ever come off these types of meds, b/c you think you're feeling great, etc? Were you really bette when you weren't taking meds, or did you go back on the meds?

I'm on medication for depression and have been for 6 years. I stopped taking them several years ago, but i wasn't ready and i needed to be put back on them. Just recently i went 2 weeks without the meds, but i couldn't handle the side-effects so i'm back on the medication. If i want to get off the meds i will get help from my Dr. Take care FenwaySox.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. Sometimes I wonder if I'll take these for the rest of my life. You are though, this is something that I will do with doctor supervision, and slowly lower the doses. Plus, Im kind of nervous to see what happens when I am not taking the meds. Thanks again
