hi all members, tell me if it irritated you that paste was not allowed in discussions until 500 posts was reached,
did you ever get angry at mylot for that , what were your feelings,
do you think it is good or bad, to be allowed to paste only after 500 posts, i personally didnt get irrritated till now, what abt others here

I was irritated for a while. But now that I could copy and paste I don't even use it that often. I've only copied and paste one thing. I have upload a couple of pictures to my responses but I wasn't even paid for it so I stopped uploading pictures.

hmm, at first, yeah, it irritated me. a lot. lolz. but after a few days, i have realized that mylot is only doing that so as to avoid spam. so then, it really became allright for me to not be able to copy paste till i got 500 posts already. ;0

Hi adijam, it doesnt matter to me whether I have or dont have the privillege to cut and paste. It all the same to me. I seldom use the copy and paste. I like to just type in whenever I want to start a discussion except if I want to insert a link, I will copy and paste to reduce errors.

I personally didn't get irritated, I pretty much expected it! I mean here you have a site that is willing to pay you for your thoughts, of course they aren't going to make it that easy for you...lol...If I reach 500 I can just go into my private stash & cut & paste, which would be great but in the end it's almost like cheating! But thats just my opinion!

Why did you just get irritated now? I myself could care less either way about it. It did stop the lazy people from just copy/pasting other people's stuff. So for that reason I think it was a great idea.

no, it did not. i was not that much aware and i didnot feel the urge or urgency to copy and paste anything. i still donot do thatr. so it hardly makes any difference.

This rule of mylot came after I enjoy the site so the first days we could copy and paste.So the beginning of the new rule was little difficult but not so much for copy and paste (I didn't used it so much and still don't)but for the uploading of photos.I liked so ....
I think the harder was that made me realize how far I was from 500 post ,that's all ,I can say that didn't irritated me.
Now as you see I'm over than 2000 post so the time past fast.

No, it didn't bother me, I knew the rules before I signed up here. And even though I can now copy and paste, I don't use it all that often.

it doesnt irritate me that i cant use copy and paste..i think its actually good that they have that policy...at least we know that we're all talking to real people here at mylot.
