n her new book, Living Beauty, make-up maven Bobbi Brown encourages women over 40 not to attempt to mask their age, but to enhance what they have.
One of the top business today is beauty products. Companies are tapping on human weaknesses and vanity and raking in enormous profits. Personally, I do feel that some beauty products are important but not overindulgence.
Let us look our age and not made up. If we are to take care of our health and live a wholesome life, I think we would not look that "terrible".

i believe in what you said.change one's lifestyle and and start having a positive outlook in life and i believe that one should not hide what she has ,all she has to do is feel confident with how one looks like and that makes a lot of difference.having a happy life and pleasant thoughts would greatly affect one's personal beauty and it would even make one look younger.

I totally agree with you my friend, but what is happening in today's society is that women are looked at as disposable object snd may of us are dumped as we get older in favour of younger and prettier dolly birds.Hence all the insecurities that are added to the aging woman because of all the bonmbardments on the TV and in magazines and in the Celebrity arena by the corporate giants is making many an average woman's life a misery. So it is not easy for us middles aged women to copw with this problem. I only wear makeup a little when IO go out but I try to eat well and exercise just like you said. At the end of the day if my hubby loves me he wioll stsay with me forever..

It is the heart that count. Family values will prevail over whatever the world may look at people. Have a good and healthy family and the right relationships, then we'd be ok.

Granted that you live a fantastically healthy life, no problem reaching your dream. I would want to live even more than 105 but very very strong and healthy still. Good luck with your dreams.
