ok...i am also agreying with all of urs opinion..... One or two years back when Kaif was playing for india, i thought i would be the next captain of india....Now the only youngster and has more experience is only for Yuvraj.. so hoping that he will be the next captain of india after dravid retires..but he need to continue form in both forms of cricket........

I think at present,Dravid is doing a decent job.The only failure was the early exit feom the world cup campaign. He has done a great job as a captian and palyer in the recent Bangaldesh tour.So I think he should be retained. And about yuvi..He is the front runner for captaince among the other players in the team.He should be the captain after Dravid.

es hes a good prospect..but i think kaif is better as he has already led India under-19...but he has to first cement his palce in the side..whoever he has to wait for atlest 2 years...lets give dravid some time to prove his credentials...

No... he should not be given the captaincy... he is a matured player who can bat at any critical situation. If he was given the captaincy we may lose his natural way of game...

I too think that after Saurav he is the only one who can handle the team pretty well. Since I always felt that the captain of any team should be more and more attacking rather than defensive. Saurav, Ricky, Smith, Fleming all are attacking captains. And so is Yuvraj...But it all depends on the selectors whom they choose or whether they stick to Rahul as their captain.

yeah definitely, he is one of the strongest contenders for the captaincy after the sad omission of Virendra Sehwag from the team.. he is sure to get a chance in the near future
