It said on the new that the reason for her release is due to medical problem...may it physical or phsycological, only them knows, she is now serving her time in her own home on hollywood. I mean, im not anti hilton, but do you think its rightful? Or is it because she's a high profile she has the advantage of doing that? what about other people who's not high profile, are they also treated the same way?

She has now proven that she is the spoiled rotten, whiny, no talent, waste of human flesh we all knew she was. Los Angeles County also proved that they are the spineless, classless, crooked, dishonest, lying, waste of taxpayers money we all knew they were. In other words, no matter how vile a name anyone has called her or LA County, they were right.

There are people who are pregnant, greiving, suffering from terminal illness who have to serve time. I think it is because of her status that she has been allowed to go home. If she had killed someone would it be the same? As she could have done so. Keeping her in to serve her sentence should have been a lesson to us all that no one is above the law but letting her go whether physically or mentally ill is not teaching us anything besides money and fame bought her freedom. Most people who are in jail suffe rfrom depression adn what they suffer while in there should teach them not to reoffend or they will end up back in there again. I think everyone should be treated the same no matter what. If she was physically ill she should have been taken to hospital to recover and then back to the jail once she has recovered to serve the rest of her sentence just like anyone else would have .I am sure she has got out because of supposed depression but if that was the case then surely everyone in the prison would be serving their time in the comfort of their own homes. I am disgusted but unfortunately this is the way the world is.

thats right! thats what im thinking, a good friends cousin was pregnant when she went to jail, she have to give birth inside without anybody's help..is it because she is convicted with something she isnt human anymore! is that because Hilton is famous, she is allowed to go home? i guess thats not fair!

I havent heard this news yet but i knew it wouldn't last long. I doubt she was probably even in jail for one day let alone 4 days. I'd say she went in the front gate and left in the back and went straight home and know they are saying she is serving her sentence at home. Every one should be treated the same.
