Step-daughters flying for the first time!!

My step-daughters will be flying for the first time in just under four weeks and they will be flying by themselves. They are on a non-stop flight from New Mexico to Oregon and even though I have flown plenty of times before I am not what we should tell them to ensure they follow directions and have a good flight. They are 11, 8, & 5. Any suggestions?
