try to keep you face clean as much as possible... try to used Hydrating cream... its very lite and it will moisturize your skin... after using that for one day you'll see that your skin is glowing...try to use also a toner... eskinol clear maybe or other variants... If i have acne that i want to get rid off... I just use those products for a while... Hope i help you with your problem...

I would certainly try using some of the over the counter acne medications or pads to clear your acne. You should wash your face everyday with soap to help keep acne from happening. Chocolates make my face break out. Do you eat a lot of chocolate? I understand that stress also can cause pimples. Do some things to help you relax as well as eat healthy. I used to use Stridex for my acne problems and it worked well.

ProActive WORKS! So do the generic forms of it that you can buy at Walmart or Walgreens. I love the stuff, myself! It's fast too. It only took a few days to clear up my skin and it looked like your' pic. My teenagers are using it now. It's working for them. Hope this helps!

In addition to doing what latsmom suggested, you should buy some variety of acne-remover (clearasil, neutrogena, etc). I use Clearasil deep pore cleansing pads, which guarantee clearer skin in 3 days. I don't have many pimples, but since I'm still a teenager, I figure it's better to stay safe by still using some kind of product. Avoid touching your face as well. You may also want to avoid wearing any facial make-up, like powder or cover-up, for the time being. If the problem is really bad, you can go to your doctor or dermatologist and they'll prescribe you a specific product.

My sugestion is definately to clear your system by drinking lots of water and avoiding fatty greasy foods, also try relaxation exercises and yoga as stress is usually a main factor of spots as well as lifestyle

If you've never had this before and this problems appeared to you totally out of the blue, I think you should check what's going on. I had problems with my skin because of cysts in my ovaries, and I had to take contraceptive pills to solve the problem. But as I had acne since I was around eleven years old, even when my ovaries were ok, my skin still suffered a little with it. Nowadays, I just watch out what I eat and use specific products to treat my skin (Clean&Clear products).
