hungry man dinners anyone? do you eat a lot of fast food?

first of all if i was really hungry i wouldn't be heating up one of these (meals). in my eyes steak, baked potatoe, salad, juice de beof, sour cream on the potatoes and horseradish doctored with a touch of sugar to soften the bite, for the 12 oz steak,on the side, are you hungry (man)?

i used to be a big eater but not anymore however most of the time i do survive on t v dinners but the hungry man ones are too much food for me

the wife eats like a bird, thats a strange example to equate to, birds eat all the time and get lots of exercise, baby birds have a voracious appetite. she does eat but not at regular intervals, and when she does eat it's usually small portions. very slight in stature, and bone structure, she does not gain weight well or like to.

I don't eat a lot of fast food, although I used to.
To be honest, I really enjoy it but I certainly know enough about nutrition and weight loss to realize that even the most "benign" sounding item on the menu is loaded with fat, calories and just a lot of bad ingrediants. I do, however, once and awhile break down.
It seems that I can go for months without any fast food, but once I go, I want it right away again....bad stuff.
