Yes, a lot of flowers:
orchis (vanillia)
sunflower (with seeds)
flower of zucchine (fried whit mozzarella cheese)
rose petals jam (when I was young: wonderful)
raw roses (just the flower, not to be despised)
taraxacum officinalis salad (good and dis-intoxicant)
camomile's flowers (boiled, dis-intoxicant)

Hey there, Yes I have, once I knew you could, they were in my sisters green salad and I started picking them out, until she said they could be eaten, as for what they were, they were called "Borage" or "Borago"...

Roses, lavendar, dandelions, violets, chamomile, clover (my fav!), sunflower, dogrose, dill and basil. There are so many tasty flowers and leaves out there. THey're great on cakes and other desserts, in mixed or straight drinks, in salads, or just by themselves. I used to raid my mother's garden, both veggie and flower, for snacks all the time. I think she let me b/c that was the only way I would eat a substantial amount of greens, lol. The only one I really recommend you stay FAR away from is marigold. They repel pests pretty well though, and for good reason! They're horrible!
