I have a two month old and I've been cutting out all the bad food. Also I use to ab lounge thing. Also walking helps too. Instead of parking close, I park far as I can (within reasobale distance)

Yes, i do a lot of walking every thursday, i went to my sons playgoup and it's 30 mins walks from home and i really like it but it still seems not working...my energy boasted though. i also been to a lot of exercices like windsor pilates (a bit hard), yoga and billy blanks too.but nothing happens.

i have four kids and my tummy is flat.... thanks to my mom. after every birth as i walk in the house from the hospital she puts a binder on my tummy she use a cloth that wraps me. it is very iritating but it can really help a lot. she let me lie down on the bed and she puts it around my waist up to my tummy. its like tucking your tummy even you stand up. i only take it off during the night time to sleep and also if i will take a bath then puts it back again when i weak up. that stays there for the whole day everyday up to 3 months. you can see the difference as days goes by. i hope this can help you although your child is 6 months already. goodluck

I would like to know also. I never lost 75 lbs from my 1st child and have 4 now. I would love to be back to my pre-prego weight or at least close to it! I have tried aroboics, all kinds of diet pills, diet patch, excersizing... The only thing that worked for me was going to my Dr. and he put me on phentermine and a 1500 cal./day diet. I took the phentermine and drank slim fast shakes for 2 meals and literally measured my food for supper. Plus I used my airofit machine. Doing all of that I lost 30 lbs. in 3 months time. That is the longest he would allow me to be on the phentermine. I had to go in every 2 weeks for blood pressure & weight check. Now I am about 100 lbs more then what I want to be and it depresses me!
