quick easy meals

mum on the run requesting help. I need some ideas for quick eas to make, meals for my two kids, my new job leaves me with 30mins max to prepare an cook something....HELP!!!

This might help you...When I am busy and need to make a quicj meal for my kids, I sometimes make bacon and cheese french fries. I throw the bacon in the microwave as I fry the french fries, when they are ready I simply melt cheese over the fries and crunble the bacin on top. My kids love it!
