What are one or two things in your life that would make your life better?

For me it would be: 1.) To clean my apartment. It is a big mess. I hate cleaning and I am a pack rat. I am also living in my aunt's apartment. She died and my Mom hasn't been able to bring herself in almost 3 years to go through her stuff, so I have my mess and someone else's stuff to deal with. 2.} To lose weight. I was on Jenny Craig and I lost 40 pounds. I got so sick of the food, so I stopped and now I am gaining back. It doesn't help that I sit all day and I get a lot of free food at work :( What are your things?

To have my family live closer to me, currently they are all 500 miles and more away. To be able to hug my kids and grandkids on a daily basis.

hmmm. two things: lemme see...one would be overcoming my inherent laziness, because i'm the biggest sloth i know. the second one would be having a solar powered car, or any car that uses alternative fuel, so that i won't be guilty about harming the environment, but still be able to get around and visit the places i've been dying to visit ':)

1} To be more mobile! I am still recovering from back surgery and had not really been very mobile for about a year before that - and when I do get there I know I will be able to get fitter and lose weight! 2} To be more patient - think impatience is one of my worst traits and it would make life much easier for me and those around me if I could be more patient! xxxx

To be able to stay at home with my daughter when she goes to preschool next year. To have a successful home business with my LBD jewelry Those are two of the main things that would complete and definately make my life a 100% better.

Humm...this is really hard to say. It's hard to really say what we think would make our life better because it could turn out just the opposite. Although in the two things you listed are very harmless :) But if I had to name a few things....humm...*thinking hard* Oh! For sure if we were on first shift. That would help big time. My hubby works at a factory on third so I work at a job I hate to be able to work thirds too. So I guess the second thing I can think of would be to have a job that I at least like a little.

Right now, its finding a good permanent job. I am having a tough time finding suitable employment. I did not think I would have such a tough time finding work.

Well, I don't know how much control I have over these choices, but what would make life easier for me, just two things, they would be: 1. Have more energy. 2. Finish my degree. (I'm a senior)

No, I don't have the control. I would see why people would think I would. But I am disabled and have several health problems that zap my energy and strength. You won't find anything unhealthy in my kitchen either. I mean, if a person can help themselves in any way, then it can only benefit them. A car accident a couple years ago permanently damaged my back as well. As for college, I don't have the money to take several classes at once, nor would I physically be able to do several classes at once. I'll never stop trying, I just wish I could overcome these things faster. : )

You totally have the control to do both. Since you are a senior, you will probably finish your degree soon. You can have more energy by more excersice and eating better :)

That would be a.) to finish the house we are building. We are on the process of constructing our very own house. It's gonna be a real relief ones it is fully done because we didn't make any loan or debts for it. Our savings and income is the source of it so that is why the job is not really that continuous, however it's half complete now. So it's gonna make our life better ones it's finished. b.) seeing my family healthy, well taken care of and happy....i can't ask for more! they are my treasure, I always pray for their food health and happiness.

I would like for my husband to be appreciated at his job. I'd like a little bigger place cause I feel a little like we are living in a little box. But, I should be thankful we have one. Oc course it is fairly easy to clean. Like you I hate cleaning!

The two things that would improve my life would be to pay off all my credit card debt and to lose weight. I have been stuggling to lose weight on and off for years now and I just want to get rid of it and get healthy the right way. Those are the two things that I stress about all the time so if I am able to make those changes I feel my life will be happier and I will feel more free.

Getting a loan or being able to afford the land contract so as to have a place of our own to recuperate after losing everything in a housefire. Having both of our vans working fine and doing so for a long time to allow us to make some headway with bills. Just two of the things that would help us as a family to have a fightng chance at regaining our lives.

Tried but we one of the families that are in between. Regular institutions have rules against our status. We hope to log the property and then maybe we can afford to buy our security. Thanks for the sentiments.

1) To win the lottery. LOL Yes money isn't everything, but I could quickly solve a lot of my problems right now. 2) Moving somewhere else. I don't agree with most of what nearly everyone in my area believes, and that causes a lot of clashes. I would be a lot happier living somewhere where I had more friends who understood me and my beliefs.

Winning the lottery could solve my problems:) I could hire someone to clean and I could hire a personal trained and a personal chief:) You should move to NYC! You could find every belief there:) Actually, when I was younger my mom moved me from Vermont to NYC because she felt I was around a lot of racist beliefs.

Let's see, me being able to work would help and certainly winning the lottery. :) I am already losing weight using my own gumption and with a bit of help from Paul McKenna. I tend to eat alot less than I used to and in six weeks lost a fair bit :) Good luck with your weight loss :)
@hookfan (447)

He is a fellow who helps people change their behaviour. He asks you to think of a food you don't like when you have a craving, there's a specific method involved though. It has worked quite good for me. So much so that in the last six weeks I managed to lose about 10kg.

My goal right now is to get out of debt. We are really working on the credit card debt and finally I'm beginning to see a dent in it. 2) To take better care of myself, I need to lose some weight, eat healthier and get some more exercise.

1) To lose alot of weight that I keep holding on to and it depresses me to see myself this way so I need more self esteem along with metabolism. Anyone have any they can lend me for a while? 2) For all 4 of my kids to be well behaved at all times! Actually just 3 of them as one is only 9 mths old. Wishful thinking on my part....lol
