Do You Gawk at road side accidents before moving on or just floor it

One bad practice that Filipinos like me do when there is a roadside accident is we gawk at it first then we move on. Then eventually everyone who passes the accident gawks at it before moving on...this then leads to an awful hold up in traffic....Its sometimes so bad that we think that the Jam is caused by the accident but actually the blockage is cleared the traffic is caused by onlookers hahah
