Do you use a mouthwash daily? you dilute it or rinse as such?

i used that mouth wash morning and going to bed, i usually 1 scope on the mounth stay for 1 minutes than spit it out no rinse.

we usually use Scope, and i dont dilute that. just a small mouthfull, swich for 1/2 min. then spit it out. i dont rinse my mouth out afterwards. now Listerine is a different matter. that stuff is just too strong for me! i dont dilute it, but i cant take the mouthful they want you to and i certainly cant swich it as long as they want you to! AND i definatly rinse my mouth out with water after using Listerine..it just burns too much!
