I thought I would share a site that I have been visiting for the past few years related to general health. http://www.mercola.com. Dr Mercola has written loads of articles on every type of health problem you can imagine, and I have found him to be a no-nonsense sort of guy. An M.D. who has a very balanced attitude to both conventional medicine and alternative/complimentary medicine. Take a look and let me know what you think :-)

I just got to check out the said website you've mentioned of Dr. Joseph Mercola and you are right it's indeed a very good health site. It talks over there just about anything that we wanted to know concerning our health and they even send us free about it's World Most Popular Natural Health Newsletter...and believe me, when it comes to any health sites like this i'm one of those freaky ones who will then signed up for their free newsletter as I really do have a desire to know more about our health concerns and more, so this truly gets me more interested about the site. Thanks for this post derek. :-)

Thanks for posting Dr Mercola's website l found it very informative, so l book marked it. There is so much useful information on the site l need to have a better look at it. I did subscribe to the newsletter and l am looking forward to it.
