When was the last time that you surprised someone. I just sent cards to a few mylotters. I hope I brighten their day. When was the last time that you did something nice to surprise someone, be it give your friend a small gift, or surprised your partner by being romantic or sent a card to a online friend.

My cousin was having a real bad day she told me in an e-mail. So after work my daughter and I picked flowers and drove to her house- she lives one town away- we knocked on her door and left them there- she was so surprised- Of course we came out after- and had a visit and a walk- She was so thankful- it brightened her day!!

I am habutual about sending cards to people throught the mail or via email...I think it brightens their day and lets them know that I am thinking of them... I keep a calendar on my computer...so I do not miss any special event to anyone who is special in my family.... I also buy cards and flowers for my husband occassionally...he has every card that I have ever bought or made for him....and for each of our children as well.....that is the sentimental side so few see in him....but I know...LOL

Longer than it should be I guess. I should be ashamed. I do go make comments from time to time, but i rarely leave a card. I will have to be a better friend. I rarely go to my profile since the big change and I often forget about it.

The last time would be this morning when I brought breakfast over to my parent's house and picked up the paper on their drive way so they could eat and read the paper. The last time I was surprised was a week ago when my parents brought me a new vacuum. Mine was a used one and it had broken. They even went to the trouble of getting me a light weight one since my back is so bad. They knew I couldn't afford one and this was not only a surprise, but a godsend.
