if u have 5 mins to rest in between meetings, what would you do?

I will just stand up, walk and come back to the meeting room within that 5 minutes. In fact there is nothing much you can do but I think it is better do something else rather than sitting on you chair for another couple of hours. Oh..my back really aches then...

There's not much you can do to rest with only 5 minutes. I think I would just sit down and close my eyes and zone out for that 5 short minutes. What would you do?
