Women always show off their emotions by crying even how much strong or tough they are. But i have never seen any men crying. How do they keep their emotions within themselves. What makes them not to cry as we all are humans and we all feel disturbed sometimes that our throat too gets choked than how do they manage to control their emotions.

I've often seen men cry, including my own boyfriend, grandfather and father. It shows they're not afraid of their emotions and don't care what other people think. It's also healthier for anyone to cry as it lets go of anything you might have bottled up inside. That's why you usually feel relieved after a good cry.

Some guys think that if they cry they are considered gay or something and that's is so stupid!! My boyfriend has already cried but I see that sometimes he is afraid to show his feelings to other people, specially those he doesn't know. I love the fact that he is not afraid to show his feelings to me. Men learn they are not supposed to cry and they believe that if they do people will say he's stupid or something. I think the opposite. It's normal for a guy to cry, he's a person like any other, he has feelings and sometimes we just need to cry to express our feelings. It's just stupid to think that guys should be strong.

I wonder about that too sometimes! I just can't keep myself from crying when I get really upset. I think that men are just different and like the person above said, I think they just have different outlets than women. I think part of it could also be that there is more pressure on men to not cry and show their emotions, which is sad. They might be afraid of looking weak if they cry in front of others. Of course, there is nothing wrong with it, but some people might think there is for some reason. I asked my husband before why he never cries, and he said he wasn't really sure but he just never really feels like it for some reason. I think maybe men just don't get the urge to cry as much as women do, even though they're upset.

Because men have no feelings. =P I kid, I kid! Hee! Men are just built differently, women are more in touch with their feelings so we cry more often. The guys in my life usually deal with their aggression by doing sports, or working out/going to the gym. But of course men do cry, usually when something is deeply affecting them, like someone passing or a harsh break-up. Otherwise, men just aren't as emotional as women. I find that if something sad is not directly affecting them, they are not moved to cry.
