For those of you who like to go camping where is your favorite camping spot? or where would you like to go? I have only gone once but I loved Yosemite. I have also been to Sequoia and some nice places in Central Oregon, however I would like to go visit Yellowstone someday.

My favourite spot in my own country, the UK, is the Warren. It is a rural camping site overlooking a beautiful wild like sandy beach. It is situated on on the stunning looking white cliffs of Dover. There are some beautiful walks along the coastline. One of these is up to the town of Folkestone, another is along a lovely area made from the land dug up from the channel tunnel. It is along a high sea wall with views of the sea below. Tents, caravans and camper vans are allowed. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. It is a friendly and quite hidden camp site to choose. I really like it.

I myself have never been camping on a beach so that sounds absolutely wonderful. And the Rockies sounds good too. My idea of camping though is sleeping in a tent with tall pine trees all around, maybe a river near by so I can go fishing or the kids can go rafting. I also love the smell of campfires and I love roasing marshmallows, can you have campfires there and have you ever roasted marshmallows?

I've gone out camping only once and it rained. It was a generally bad experience but it still has those memorable moments and endless laughters. I'd sure do want to go camping again maybe in Mt. Banahaw to take a visit to some of its caves. Cheers!
