Man amputates own leg to free himself..

I just read an article about a man that amputated his own leg, with pocketknives, to free himself from a tree that fell on his leg. He was stuck alone for 11 hours and decided to cut off his own leg. That makes me cringe. The poor man is 66 years old. That takes serious guts to do.
