Help on Code Box!

Anyone here who can give me an idea or who can point me to a site where I can get a 'code box'? I was planning to add a page on my piczo website for "Midi Codes," I've just figured out how to put a single midi on Friendster and I wanted to put a code for it through my piczo site so people can visit and copy the midi code they want. The thing is, I don't know how to do that box where you put the html codes to be copied.
