Im going to start walking soon, but I also want to do more than that. I want to do exercises at home..like crunches and push ups. What do you all do to exercise, at home, at work, the the gym etc. Discuss!

Push ups? I don't think I can carry my body. So, may I'll just pass in push-ups I do intervals on the treadmill and my exercise bike. Intervals burn fat the fastest. Also whatever you choose to do, it's good to switch up your routine so your body doesn't inefficient at whatever exercise you're doing. Any exercise is good exercise.

My mother told me that because my mother is very health conscious.I do walk a lot it is very helpful and also we can save money for riding a bus. If you walk slowly for ten km everyday, you cannot even lose a pound. One needs to do brisk walking to shed weight. you should cut on calories, drink a lot of water, build some muscle.

Pedometer - Pace counterm for walking
I do not go to gym for exercise often; I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week during lunch time at my company clubhouse, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit. I have another set of exercise by walking 10,000 steps a day as my target. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house to make the numbers.

I swim. That is the only exercise that I can do with my whole family now and the best parts of it are the swimming pool is just behind the house and it is free to access. The place is very clean and it is not that crowded.

Hi there most mornings I drink half a litre of water and then I go out into the garage and punch and kick a boxing bag for 25-30 minutes, let me tell you, this short workout of vigorous punching and kicking helps me to keep fit and really works up a sweat. If I have that extra time I go for a brisk walk or bike ride around the beach, come home take a shower and feel energetic and awake for the rest of my day...

It is actually very beneficial to just flex your muscles during routine activities, even like sucking in your stomache as you walk around. Strengthening your core muscles gives you better posture and helps you to get the most benefit out of any exercises that you do.
