Well, it's hurricane season in our area, and I'm stocking up on supplies.
Here are a few of the things I already have: batteries, flashlight, some medical supplies, canned foods, can opener, clean water, box powder milk and a few assorted odds and ends.
I know that I'm missing some things for my hurricane survival kit. But, I can't remember what else I'm supposed to pack.

I don't know why everybody talks about stockpiling food. You only need enough for a few days, which you probably have already.
The main things that run short in a hurricane:
Water
Gasoline
Electricity
That's what you should stockpile.
PS- Why does everybody buy bleach? What do they do with it?
