Paris Hilton is back in jail once again! She originally went to jail and served 5 days and then she was released due to medical problems and went on house arrest. She was going to serve 40 days on house arrest, but the judge suggested that her so called medical problems could be taken care of at jail with medical facilities. So, the judge ruled she must serve out her entire 45-day sentence behind bars rather than in her Hollywood Hills home. What do you think about this? I feel if they can attend to her so called medical problems in jail, then I don't see the problem with them making her go back to jail and serving her time out. She isn't special. SUre I feel bad, but how does that old saying go....? You do the crime, you do the time. She needs to do the time like all the other celebrities that have been sent to jail. She chose to drink and drive, she chose to drive with a suspended license 2 times when she could have used her driver, hired a limo or called a taxi. Now she is crying, she needs to stop all the drama and serve her required sentence.

I cant say I feel sorry for her at all, finally she is being a good role model she should serve her sentence and get the message out just because your rich and famous doesnt mean you get a get out of jail free card.

I don't think she has ever been a good role model. Not yet anyway. Maybe in the future. But who knows with her.

I agree with you on this.I do not think her medical problems should keep her out of jail, they will take better care of her in jail then they do out of jail.In jail you have lot better benefits..She should not be treated special just because she is famous, that is unfair to everyone.I also have a feeling her medical problems were probably brought on by the way she does and if that be the case she will be away from all the things that would cause her the medical problems to began with.I was personally upset when i found out she got away with a slap on the hand.I am very proud of the judge that put her back in jail where she belongs..She did wrong and she needs to pay the piper, just like anyone else.I have nothing against her, i just feel that she should be treated like anyone else.If she was my own daughter i would expect the same...

so very true I think she should be treated as everyone else if she broke the law then she should do the time... and if she needs medical care then the facility should provide it... she is no exempt from the world because she is apart of the wealthiest 1%

I saw the news about her went back to jail. Sometimes, I do pity her but she is not a small kid and I don't see why she needs special attention while serving her time in jail. Just because she has money, it doesn't me she must be given special treatment. By the way, do you know what kind of medical problems she is having that needs her to be house arrest before? She is dying???

I don't think she really has a medical problem. I think that was an excuse to be put on house arrest. But the judge feels that whatever her so called medical problem is, it can be taken care of in jail by their medical staff. I agree with that.

No body is above law. You have committed a crime and you have to pay for it. That is american democracy. In India things are different. Movie star Salman Khan drove his car and killed a person and injured many persons and law has not punished him.

I think it is only right. If it was one of us, we would have to. Famous people should not getted treated any differently.

I agree with you, she was the one who did the crime and now she doesn't want to pay the price! And house arrest, what a joke! she is rich so i dont see how living in luxury is a decent penalty for what she did. She already got off easy by getting special treatment in the jail, what more does she want!?

Yes she does belong in jail. She did the crime. I am go glad that she got put back in jail.just because she is rich does not mean she can go free. The judge did the right thing.

I feel sorry for her parents -seeing their child being treated like a political football. Her crime does not warrant that. Emotionally she would have been better left in jail from the beginning instead of this roller coaster of emotions and media circus.

Im very pleased with the judges decision by sending here back to jail to finish here sentence, this should make her think about here actions and thier consequences, that expierence should scare some sense into here and make her grow up and stop acting like a spoil brat.

Personally, I do not feel sorry for Paris Hilton....there are very few people who would have received this special treatment for this long...they would have buried me under the jail by this time.....LOL I do not understand why we live in a society when this little spoiled brat.....gets all of this publicity....yet the men and women fighting around the world might...just might actually get a second of the entire news cast....I think we have our priorities all messed up..... So hand her a tissue already...and let's get back to what is really going on in the rest of the world...I have had my fill of Hiltonland.......but that is just me...or is it???
