Paypal is kind of like an online bank you sign up and add your bank info the confirm and you can transfer money into it from your bank account and you can buy things online using paypal its a great site.

Nope no credit car required you just need a bank account so you can withdraw your money. Paypal will make 2 small deposits to your bank account and you have to confirm the amounts in order to add the account to your paypal. Its really very easy. https://www.paypal.com/row/mrb/pal=48KPD6F5VUDA6

paypal is like a bank, its safe.
you can use paypal to buy things on ebay and etc.
