doe somebody was made account in moneybookers.com?

hello to my friends and everybody. Long time ago occour problems with e-gold. I had an acount just before transmitting of my earnings, and when those problems occour, my earnings are still in myLot. So unfortunately i haven't an account. myLot offered to us make a new account through the moneybookers site. And now I want to hear opinions of others does it is good .Maybe somebody have been made it ?
Unfortunately paypal not available in my country...

hi! i am still seventeen years old and it is stated in the moneybookers.com terms and conditions that you must be at least 18 years old to use their service. so this is my problem. but i also think that this is not my problem because mylot accepts members who are at least 16 years old. i will still ask mylot if i can use my mother's moneybookers.com account since she is not a member of mylot. but if mylot won't agree with that, then i will still wait for about a year and create an account in moneybookers.com to receive payment from mylot.
this is also the first time that i have heard of moneybookers.com. i hope this will work fine.

Hope ne accounts will work, anyway I have not any choice. I must make an account somewhere. and for now if myLot offer to us moneybookers maybe they know it is good.
in few days i will try to to do it, just forst will read about this account in net
