I just got off the phone with my new landlords we got the house. Im so happy now I can put my mind to rest and stop searching. It is alot smaller but we have to downsize because of money. Its always money.LOL Its something we can afford and I wont have to be always worrying about paying the bills. One good thing it has a fire place. Yea! So we are going tonight to sign the lease. Im so happy. Thank you God.

Congratulations on your good fortune! When we can put our financial worries aside we can start to breathe a little easier. Breathing is good. Having money to spend on life's little luxuries can be good too. Huggers to you.

Congratulation with your house. I understand your problem with money, I have the same problem with you too. Paying bill, and for my life , I need more money everyday. I try to cut of all my spend, and saving more money to my future.
I hope all the best for your new house, smaller but comfortable is better .

That is wonderful. You will love your fireplace. It is so calming to just sit and watch it. I am glad that you found some place that you will truely enjoy. Life will be so much more enjoyable when you dont have to worry about paying the bills

That's wonderful news!! I'm so happy for you. How far away is it from your current place? Oh and you will enjoy the fireplace. We had one in our old home and we liked it alot. One day we would like to add a fireplace to our current home.

Oh that's such wonderful news...I'm so happy for you...and even though it's smaller it'll allow you to have extra money --uh, fireplace...that sounds great too---so like a little extra bonus there--will be great on those frosty, chilly winter nights
