Graham Ford from S.Africa is choosen as the new cricketing coach for the Indian cricket team. He has founded players like Pollock and Klusner. He is considered as a talented player who knows his skills very well and knows how to implement on the players. So all that we do is just hope for the best that he didn't prove out like Chapple who has just spoiled the team.

Just a couple of corrections to the question. Ford did not find Pollock and Klusener. Both were in the team long before Ford took over. Ford though gets the credit for guiding the team through the match fixing saga.
Also, Ford was never a talented player himself, but is known was great backroom work to get the team pumped up.
Let's see how this works for the Indian Cricket team.
