Do you treat one cat better than the other?

I have two cats, and I'd like to think that I treat them both equally well. But, I do like hanging out with the female cat, a little bit more than the big male cat. Big Cat is a loner and doesn't like to be held. So, he's more like a tenant in my house, than my cat. But, he's pretty cool, anyway. He gets most of the cat treats, because I feel so guilty about not spending so much time with him. How about you? Do you treat all your cats the same way? Or, do you play favorites?

Sounds like you're doing a great job. I think I know how you feel. We love our cats equally and want to do everything we can to show just that. As long as we yield to our feline friends and do our best to keep them healthy and happy, there should be nothing to worry about. I look at it this way, When I'm in the mood to be alone, I want to be alone. Don't get in my space. I think Big Cat likes his space. All cats are different and when we understand that and make the adjustments needed we have a happy, peaceful household. All the best to you.

We have 3 cats each with very different personalities and I must say that I do have a favorite. We have one that is like a teenager who is out all night ans then sleeps all day and only really shows up to be fed. The next one wants nothing to do with us until we go to bed and then he comes and cuddles up, but my favorite is out littlest one...she follows me all around the house and sits at my feet all the time looking to get her belly rubbed...she is the sweetest little thing
