What type *genre* of food do you like to cook the best?

I live near a whole bunch of ecclectic little towns... some german some amish.. ect. ect.
But my faveorite is still mexican!!! I love flavors and the spices... I love authentic mexican too... menudo, pasole, barlla, polo colrado, polo la parrillia, chili's rellenos,and everyones fave fajitas..... What is your favorite things to cook?

Italian all the way... I love to create spaghetti sauces and my own spice infusion... I also like chicken

awsome!!! Next time you make spagetti sauce add some salsa for a little kick :D its a crowd pleaser!!
