Family Guy or American dad?

I love Family guy and American dad for different reasons but if it came down to it and you had a choice to keep Family guy or American dad on the air what would you pick? id pick family guy because it has the evil monkey in it lol which would you pick and your reasons

if i had to choose i would defently choose family guy i think american dad is kinda of an imitainon(i knwo it from the same creator)

For what ever reason I never got into American Dad so I am going to have to go with Family Guy. The show never seems to get old and some of the topics that they tackle are amazing. One of my favorite episodes was when Stewie turned into the octopus and started laying the eggs. I searched for three months to find the plush doll of him sitting on the mountain of eggs and it was more than worth it!!!

I would give it ot Family Guy since not only have I seen it more, but also have found it funnier than American Dad. I'm not knocking that show, I just find Family Guy funnier.
I like the evil monkey and sometimes the references to other shows, it can be pretty funny.
