I am a great fan of freebies and free stuff, and they really do help stretch my family's budget in so many ways. I simply love going to the mailbox to see what kind of surprise the mailman brought for me today. What are some of the best freebies you have ever received?

I also LOVE getting freebies! It's a great way to try out products, and stretch your budget. I think the best freebie I have reveived was most recently, after joining buzzagent (message me if you would like some more details on this), I got a full size of bottle of Eucerin lotion. I also just got cupons for 2 free packs of Alfresco chicken sauage. On Buzzagent you use products and then spread the word about them through word of mouth advertsing, you then write reports and then get point...you cash in the points for more free stuff! I also check out spoofee for more freebies. I've found some good things there too.

I got a free rich jerk ebook once from someone's blog. had a lot of information in it which I found useful. Intending to spoil market and sell it for $1. Haha. I had to purchase something called Ebiz from the blog first. But it was worth the money cos the owner gave me back $10 of the purchase price. I also got a free dotcomology ebook as well from another source. Let me know if you are interested in the blog where I got the richjerk eBook. Ill post you the link in my reply. :)

It sure sounds like some great freebies. I have never really used ebooks, would you mind explaining how they work?

Oh e-books are just an electronic version of a real book. They come in pdf format. And herez another thing. DO NOT SIGN UP for home typist or data entry jobs online. They are all scams. I can pass you my blog where you can see what they will give you once you pay for their so called training materials. Im not sure what mylot policy is on giving blog addresses yet. But if you PM me or leave me your e-mail address I can pass you my blog link. :)

I'm also a fan of freebies and free stuff. I love getting free stuff. My favorite freebie site is walmart, they always have great freebies and you will receive them if you sign up for them. I think my favorite freebies are Olay samples, I just received the derm pod from Olay website, I haven't tried it out yet but I will soon.

Alexis, I am a huge fan of the Walmart website as well, but you really have to make sure to check the site frequently, because the samples come and go so fast.

My favourite freebies would be skincare samples. I love to try new stuff and since I am a member of various skincare brands, they would send me some free samples or their new products from time to time. I always find myself excited to receive those and investigate the new products. It's like a surprise to receive something you like or you want to try out in the mails. I remember one time I had received a night moisturizer when mine was running out. The sample sustained for 2 weeks and it was so good that I just had to go to the counter and bought the full size. I wouldn't think I would buy if I don't get to try it first.

I love skincare samples too, and some of them are quite generous. I have received so many deodorant samples, that I wont have to buy deodorant for a while :) I do think, as you also mentioned, that free samples are one of the greatest way for companies to get people to know their products. I have received so many product samples for brands that I would never have considered otherwise, simply because I always end up stuck in a routine.

Right I think it's very practical for companies to send samples to their customers and let them have the taste of the products first. I personally tend to be attracted with companies which are generous to let their customers to try the products first. Yes, I have so many skincare samples sometimes it's enough to last for a month, it's really nice to receive them when I am on tight budget too!

Last Christmas, I got an insane amount of beauty and skin care freebies from Murad and Time to Spa. And, then a free clutch purse from a beauty school. You are speaking to the original freebie queen. If there's a freebie anywhere within fifty miles, I can hunt it down!

A SENSEO coffee maker is among the best! I am a freebie addict...it's so fun to see what's in the mailbox. My mail carrier must wonder what the heck is going on at my house :)

That definitely sounds like a great freebie. What did you have to do in order to get it? It cannot have been completely free, or was it?

My husband and I both got a new OneTouch blood glucose monitoring system. I got a really nice manicureing set from fivemoms.com. I've gotten lots of the health & beauty stuff. I have some boxes that I put them in. I'm going to use them for stoking stuffers this Christmas.
