What's your favorite thing to do on a hot sunny day?

I love to get into the pool and cool off. And, to have a cold glass of water with lemon or lime juice added to it. It is so refreshing. Next to that I stay inside with the air conditioner on, reading or being on the computer.

I don't have much choice these days--I almost have to stay in the house with the a.c. I have trouble breathing when it gets really hot. If there is a little breeze I would enjoy sitting on the beach if I could!

Oh, maybe it will cool down so you can get out for awhile. Our weather keeps going from really hot to cool.

I have bronchial asthma so if it's very humid I have to be inside with the AC turned on. I have so many asthma attacks otherwise. But if it's just hot and not humid I'll go out doing some garden work then shower and walk to the Dairy Queen to treat myself to a nice cold dairy treat of some sort. Usually a Tropical Blizzard. Yummm. I want one now. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Now, Grandpa Bob, you are making me hungry for Dairy Queen and I've ate way to much today anyway.

Relax in the pool or stay inside with the a/c going. If that's the case, then I'm either online or reading a book/magazine while my daughter is online.

I love cooling off in the pool. Then going in the house and being on here. I love the ice cold water too. I have never tried water with lime juice. I have tried it with lemon juice but never lime. I will have to try it.

I would LOVE to have a pool to cool off in LOL i am gonna have to work on that. But if it is really hot i stay inside with the air and watch tv or be on the computer or just rest. Watch the children play or maybe color with them. If it is just sunny and not unbearable hot then i take the kids out to play or maybe to the park or to a friends house so they can play with my friends kids

I like to get outside and enjoy the sun! If I am anywhere near my parents, I would take their jetskiis and go out for a day on the water. Or I would go to the beach and enjoy the waves with some surfing or boogey boarding. Maybe talk a walk or a hike...enjoy the city downtown! There are so many options!!

I do enjoy sitting outdoors with a cool drink by my side. I spend a little time in the sun. I love to feel the warmth of the sun on my skin. But, knowing that I will fry to a crisp if I spend too much time in the sun, I will quickly find a shady place to relax in my lazy chair. Sometimes it is in the screen tent. Reading a book is a good way to spend the day, but I often fall asleep doing that. Taking a short walk is a good way to burn some calories and enjoy nature. If it is too hot outside, I like to go shopping. Not to buy much, but to be inside in the airconditioning!

I just stay indoors with the air conditioner. I can't stand the heat and from my understanding, hell will be even worse. So I'm planning on going to heaven by serving God and praising Him daily.

If it's a hot sunny day, I would really prefer to have my bikini on and go to the beach. It's just so nice to lay in the sun, read a good book and play with the cool sea water for awhile. I would probably do that in the morning because I wouldn't want to get sun-burnt. Then I think having a good lunch or tea time with friends in some nice little restaurants where sea view is available would be really fun. Probably in the evening, I would have a cold shower, have a glass of cold cocktail and then read some magazines at home.

On hot sunny day ,i love to do out door excercise and make my self sweat, because i hardly has a chance to sweat due to the the cold weather on winter and spring.Sweating makes me feel so refresh and at the same time it helps regulate my body heat which is very good for health. In addition,i love to have some watermelon and oineapple juice on hot and sunny day.

Well Sherry, that is what type of day it is here today. I plan on going outside in the backyard and just reading a book. I am going to reread all the Harry Potter books in preparation for the final one coming out soon. Other than that... I love to go golfing. cheers,

Buffalo River, Marion County, Arkansas - I took this photo of the Buffalo River located in Marion County, Arkansas on Wednesday...June, 6th, 1007....It was a beautiful day...the kids wanted to swim...I love the rock outcroppings around this river and we go there very often....it is our favorite swimming/camping spot.
I love to be down on the Buffalo River on a hot sunny day...canoeing that beautiful river.....nice flowing current...not too fast.... shallow in places so the little ones can swim.... I have uploaded a photo that I took this past Wednesday...you will understand why it is one of our favorite spots to be when it is hot...plus as a bonus...there is actually shade trees...I do not have to burn into a lobster to enjoy it here.....LMAO
