What baby bottle did you use?

My son uses Avent ones right now. But I didn't save many so I am deciding if I want to use those again for the new baby or try something else. I kind of like the playtex with the drop in liners, but I don't know. I worry about running out of liners in the middle of the night or something, haha. What bottles did you or do you use with your little ones?

I tried using Avent with 2 of my kids and i couldnt only because their checks were so chubby and the width of the entire nipple made it difficult for them to drink.LOL but i just used regular bottle i think there were the parents chice ones from walmart with the clear teether nipples.

You might want to try Babies R Us if there is one near you. That is where I got all my bottles from, they have a huge selection, a lot bigger than Wal-mart in my opinion.

Baby with a Bottle - This depicts a baby holding a bottle drinking happily...
I used the bottles that are bent funny to reduce air....I can not remember it has been a couple of years...LOL I used the ones with the drop in liners with my daughter 29 years ago....they have made improvements since then...back then you had to bend the top of the liner over the bottle and hope that you got enough of it under the lid....I can also understand about running out in the middle of the night....knowing me, if I used them, I would be done bottle feeding and have a dozen back up boxes of liners...LMAO scared of running out.... The fact that the liners are single use....means that they are sterile so I would like that.... I know that you will find the ones you like...and if your children are like mine...Ashton (did I get that right?) won't like them and you will have to but a whole different kind anyways...

Yes, I like that they are single use! Always super clean!! I would have a bunch of boxes too..lol. I remember the kind you are talking about! You had to fold them over the rim of the bottle. I used those in daycare before, that was awful! I never did a good job!!!Ashton, yes!! I had to buy one of every kind with cooper, he would either suck and nothing would come out, or they would pour all over his neck..lol, I ended up giving a bunch of them away, I should have kept em!

for 2 of my children we used playtex nursers for my eldest son we used glass bottles..glass bottles are alot of work..as you have to of course wash them and then you have to boil the bottles and the nipples along with the rings....allow to cool then fill..with the playtex nursers the drop in liners make it a sinch to clean up and even with the original liners its a quick clean easier method then glass..with the added bonus of the more like mom nipple and less air intake..as for the running out in the middle of the night ..what i did was when i purchased the liners i would get the most in the box possible and most times purchase 2 at a time..and always make sure they are on my shopping list..in addition to that..i always had a back up pack tucked away that i never used unless i ran out which was mostly never..or you can but liners and just tuck them into your diaper bag..they will always be available wherever you and baby are! hope this helps!

Avent is a good product of course but expensive isnt it? but you can trust for the quality of the product... my baby is 5yrs old and imagine he is still using bottles...

Both my kids used the platex bottles with liners. I liked it because it was less clean up at the end of the day.

I didn't use any bottle, and never worried about running out of anything in the middle of the night. :)

Hooray!! I am finally done with bottles as of 2 weeks ago, thank goodness!! When I did use bottles I used the Playtex ones with the plastic liners. I really did not like the drop in liners compared to the ones you folded over the rim, not sure why just didn't care for them. Maybe they were more money. But prior to those ones I did use the small Ventaire bottles that were curved shaped, both my boys took a liking to those.
