Do you use garlic when you cook? What sort of dishes do you out garlic in?

Gosh, there's hardly anything that I don't put garlic in! Anything that has ground beef in it I automatically put garlic in because I don't like the smell of ground beef cooking on its own. Anything with a tomato base, such as spaghetti, goulash, homemade salsa, etc gets garlic as well. Love garlic!

well, most of Filipino dishes have garlic on it...it gives a great taste for the dish. For example, marinating barbecue, spaghetti sauce, adobo, menudo, etc. etc.

I put garlic in almost everything, especially Italian dishes. Garlic is good for you and it definitely livens up meals.
