well the chemicals in coffee affect our brains differently since we all have a unique chemical composition in our brains. For me Coffee is bad, Im alergic to caffein I cant sleep for two days if I drink a cup of coffee now. I do drink it though when on the weekends to sooth my nerves but one cup is enough. Tea I do drink it a lot, especially Iced tea it helps the circulation of my urine :)

I take not more than a cup of coffee every morning.Excessive coffee drinking is often thought to lead to higher blood pressure. It's been shown that drinking 4-5 cups of coffee can raise your blood pressure by 5 points, compared to having only 1 cup. This isn't a huge amount, but the consequences over the years can lead to heart attacks and strokes.

Well, the rule is to take in moderation. Yes, i've also heard that coffee has more anti-oxidants than green tea. But because of caffeine in coffee i prefer to drink more tea than coffee. Some days i can have 5 cups of coffee while most of the time its 5 cups of tea a day.

I would vote in favour of tea..bcos i used to take tea 4/5 times a day and is my dearest drink. I can take tea anytime before 7 PM ( if i take it after 7, i will not get proper sleep) My day will start with black tea ( bangalore) and with kerala tea (light tea with more sweet)when i am at home. Reading the newspaper while drinking hot tea is really refreshing. I am very particular in selcting tea powder ...bcos some branded tea will get you wonderful taste and some not I think it is better to avoid tea/coffee after 7 PM for getting good sleep. Read somewhere that tea is good to heart.

Both tea and coffee are addictive and no addictive is good for health. Comparatively, tea is better than coffee, as tea is considered to have anti carcinogenic properties, where as coffee does not have any such thing. But taking tea or coffee excessively is harmful and must be avoided.

I never have sugar in my coffee and prefer milk over cream because I prefer the texture, with cream the coffee becomes thicker so i don't find it as refreshing. But I drink coffee with fresh milk.I have a drip coffe maker and I brew a pretty strong coffee and add milk and no sugar. When I added cream sometimes I had stomach problems but never with milk in my coffee.
