Plan your eating

Planning what to eat today or later may help people a lot in improving their eating habits and prevent them from temptation when they see unhealthy things in front of them. I welcome people to write what they plan to eat today or roughly what type of food they are likely to have... I will start first. Its Sunday. So I will have something different. A bit of spicy stuff.
