Is there really "end of the world"?

Before they say it was the year 2000 y2k computers wont be working anymore but its already 2007 and everthing is okay is there really end of the world? when?

The end of one world is always the beginning of another one. I do think something big and important is going to happen in 2012; I have been studying it pretty intently for a while now.

Supposedly 2012 is the end of the world, but personally I think it's just a start of a new age. I guess we'll see who's right in 5 years time!
