Gary Ridway,Known as the green river killer,who murdered 49 women and likely many more than that,would that be sufficient to constitute a crime against humanity and therefore warrant the death panalty.?Would mass murder qualify as a crime against humanity...? I personaly have mixed feelings about the death penalty,but what do u think?
