and what do you think of them.? Do they irritate the heck out of you. Most know it
alls don't really know as much as they would like you to think. So what do you think. Tell us about your Know It All.

Boy do I! Several really. One loves to seem intelligent by using his thesaurus to the point he makes no sense. Argue with him is like arguing with a village. Another more unlucky soul who should use a thesaurus, only has their 2nd grade education to fall back on yet loves to tell other's how stupid they are (as if they are some sort of authority). Then queen know-it all, that knows really little of anything that is past her own rosy nose. Oh I could go on, but why? I actually find these know it alls, a bit amusing really. They remind me what I too would have been if I lived under a rock.

Wow Sunny it seems like you are surrounded by people that know more then you. If it was just one or maybe even two that were telling you , but humm no there are three know it alls ..So I think that probably one would have to come to the conclusion they are all a bit smarter then you. Sad too that someone with a second grade education and someone who lived under a rock is smarter then you. I am kind of surprised you are able to use a computer. It must be quite a challenge for you. But I will give you Kudos for trying. Just keep pushing forward sunny. Like the little engine that could. Oh and don't forget to put your helmet on hun.

oh gosh! i do know one of those...uhuh...ands it's a she...you are so right...they never will know as much as they would like to, or think they know... my know it all is annoying to the point of people actually just ignoring her since what comes of her mouth is actually (most probably) made up since the words that come out of her mouth usually don't add up to her past/recent comments to conversations, which by the way, she just butts in on...

I think my partner & I both occasionally come off as know it alls. Not constantly & not intentionally, but we're both bright, opinionated & like to talk. Sometimes I hear him talking about something he feels passionately about & I try to signal him to hold back some so he doesn't come off like a know-it-all. And I know I do it occasionally too. But keep in mind, it is always with subjects we do know more than the average about.
I think it becomes annoying when the person throws in personal bragging type info and when it's clear they don't know much about the subject.
