What Have You Done For Your Best Friend Lately?

It's great to have a best friend who you can confide in and hang out with.
I talk to my best friend everyday. She is someone I know I can rely on. I know she loves to get a pedicure and get her nails done. So I surprised her by paying for her pedicure. She was so happy and called me to thank me right away.
It was the least I could to show how much I appreciate her.
What have you done for your best friend lately?

I bought her some shoes.
All that girl wears is sandals and I seen the perfect pair for her and just had to buy them. I still have to re-send them though. I sent them to her old address not knowing she'd moved so I have to re-send them to her new address.

LOL - she will be happy over them.
Luckily though they're black leather and will go with anything so if she doesn't want to she won't have to go buy a new outfit. Those are the best kind IMO :)

My friend was so miserable and sick with the flu last week she couldn't even get herself to make something to eat, so I went over and made her some good old chicken soup. I rented a girlie tear jerker, DVD, and we watched it together, or rather I watched it because she fell asleep! lol!

My best friend is now posted in some remote place and now she is searching for a suitable job for which I have sent her resume to my friends abroad so that she may get a postdoc fellowship abroad. I hope she gets one I will be very happy for her though she will go very far from me but at least will do some good research.

I know you're going to miss your friend and it's good you wish her well. I hope she finds the perfect job. At least you guys can keep in touch and maybe the time will come when you can visit each other.

My best friends husband is away at guards for 3 weeks- I recently went down and took dinner to her and her son- My daughter and I hung out for the evening- I also just went with her to her appointment - she is having some major work done- and I went with her to support her- Sitting in the docs office for over 3 hours- it's nothing- she needed someone there for support and to talk it over with- We do things for each other all the time- that is what friends are for- She is going with me when I get my eyebrows waxed for the first time- OUCH!

I don't have a best friend well I did but she passed away about a year ago. We did lot of things together like shopping, eating out and make fun of our husbands, we would laugh all day even when we are on the computer and she would be on the messenger and we would chat for hours and now she's gone and I still heave her on my messenger and every time I open it I will see her name there and I know she is gone. So I am mostly on the computer to make new friends all over the world.

me....cause her phone is prepaid i bought a card and loaded it toher phone..she was really surprised who gave a load to her, i ddnt tell her that it was me..
