What was your mommy day like?

Yesterday my daughter and I sat on the floor and painted roses on old newspaper. We couldn't go outside because it was too hot, so we watched TV for awhile. And, then played with some of her new crayons and coloring books. She played with the cat, pretending it was her dolly and carried it around like you would a real baby. I did the usual mom stuff, like cooking and cleaning. And, finally got around to dejunking the refrigerator and counter tops. I still have lots to clean before the weekend is over. But, other than that, it was a quiet day. How was your mom day? Would you like to share?
