I need some help! I don't know what to have for dinner tonight. Maybe I can get some help. I have asked my family what they want and nobody knows what to have. So I thought I would ask for your help. What are you going to have for dinner? If you already had dinner, what did you have?

Hi OURDEW. Thats funny because i was having the same problem last night trying to decide! I actually found this quiz online that will help you decide what to have for dinner. http://quiz.myyearbook.com/zenhex/quiz.php?id=57051 I ended up ordering a pizza.. lol Another suggestion is to take all your leftovers or anything you can find and have a pot luck kind of dinner. THis is great if you can't decide because it will give you a variety of everything. I would also just narrow down your choices. Do you want italian? Mexican? ect. Something light or something rich in flavor? Hope this helps!

Thank you, that will help me when I can't think of what to have. Today we decided to cook on the grill. We had grilled pork chops.

You can make sour cream enchilladas. They are great and can easily go veggie if you don't eat meat. Mix about 16 oz of sour cream with green onions, green chilies, one or two jalepenos, cheese and chicken. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. It's one of my husband's favorites!

Ha, I forgot to mention to wrap them in corn tortillas, but I'm assuming you understood! :) You can always add more items or take away depending on your taste.

If you have some left over rice from last night, you could consider making some fried rice. Tht's what we would do in our house. :) If you also have some leftover food such as prawns, fish, or meat, you could slice them and add them to the fried rice. I also like to add some eggs. Also, I like to fry my rice with butter because this gives a wonderful fragrance, so you could try this. I'm not sure what we will be having for dinner tonight. We'll think about that later. :)

Whenever I have a night like this,I clean out my fridge and have leftovers.....it's amazing what you can find in a fridge to feed the kids that only needs to be heated up

For the past few days since it's been hot, I've been living on salads--homemade chicken salad, with homemade potato salad, ricotta cheese and cut up ham with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers...however, tonight I thought I'd have something different so for tonight's dinner I had chicken parmesean with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies..ah, c'est manifique!!
