What is one thing that you love to cook that has a lot of steps and takes a long

It's called potatoes pudding... and it's fantastic... It takes about 3-4 hours. Is it long enough?:P

I don't usually like to cook things that have a lot of preparation but the one maybe not a lot for some but a lot for me is making Cheese Stuffed Shells with Marinara sauce from scratch. it is so yummy.

Casava Cake is so long and difficult to make. That's because I use real cassava and not the cassava flour you buy off the self in grocery story. That means it has to be shreded manually ( I don't have any electric shredder) and using a food processor makes the cassava liquify too much. It usually takes me one whole day to prepare a 2-4 trays of it that's because we have a small oven and couldn't fit four trays in there at the same time. But the end product is delicious enough to make the effort all worth it.
