Some days it seems that I can't get anything done. And, I don't know if it's just because I'm tired or simply procrastinating. I'm the world's biggest foot-dragger! I've written one list after another, but it doesn't seem to help. Does this happen to you? How do you handle it?

Yes, I certainly have this problem. Experiencing it now, as a matter of fact. I have a pile of things to do for school, work and home . . . pages and pages of a to do list going and all of that. How do I solve this problem? Baby steps. I look at the easiest things on my to do list first. For example, I'll tackle five things at once: (0) loading the dishwasher (0) printing out homework assignments (0) starting a load of laundry (0) dust (0) make the bed I write EVERYTHING down so I'll have a feeling of accomplishment when I cross things off. Once I finish the easy things, it looks like I've finished a TON of things in a relatively short period of time, so off to five more . . . (0) answering email (0) send out 10 queries (0) read over philosophy, notes (0) read over government, notes (0) answer questions for English See, this is a little more time intensive. I'll take breaks throughout the empty the dishwasher, change the laundry from washer to dryer and eat. That way, it's broken up and I won't want to chuck my books across the room. :-) I hope this helps!
