There's another one I found, although the site owner removed the ones that were licensed... www.crunchyroll.com It's an okay site, has a lot of anime!

There is also http://www.animehideout.net . It's not the best, but it is a decent Anime Streaming Website that I help out in.. We are aiming for better quality than youtube. Do support! XD If you want a good direct download site, I recommend www.g2anime.net.
