...or the difference between latinos and Whites is analogous to..... ... the difference between my Basset Hound and my big mutt dog! This s*it makes me crazy! The differences that can't be changed are ALL EXTERNAL! Different size or color or language, it doesn't matter, because the innards all work the same! It drives me nuts when I see someone who's fairer-skinned than I am, but they're "black" because their great-great-great grandparent was. It's crazy-making when I hear about Latinos as "brown" people, because the only reason that Latinos ARE Latino is...you got it!... WHITE CHRISTIAN EXPLORERS who invaded their lands 4 or 5 hundred years ago! My people are from Eastern Europe mostly, and I'm quite sure there's some Black Russian mixed in somewhere. What's the big deal? Why can't we just let this sh*t go? Thanks for the vent, I ran across an unusual amount of people hating on each other today and just had to let it out!
