I'm so happy today that my long time friend get to visit us again for almost 4 yrs that we haven't got to see each other since we moved out from our old place before.
It's really been so long since the last time we ever get to see this person and talked, now surprisingly this friend of mine came here where we at and make a visit and we're just really having fun and trying to catch up all those wasted times that we've left all behind.
Do you feel the same I felt when you get to see your long lost friend whom you haven't get to talked and see for a while somehow since the day you've separated both each ways?
I'm just really touched and full of excitement and gladness in my heart when the time we get to see each other, for once again.

Thats fantastic! Thanks for sharing this good news with us! I know how that is. I recently found a friend of mine from childhood on myspace. We have been catching up since! He was my very best friend until the 7th grade when I moved away, I missed him so much and we always kept in contact until i got married and moved away and lost his address. I had always wanted to find him again and I did! Oh, I was so happy and it literally brought tears to my eyes that I found him again! I know the happiness you feel now and it is wonderful!

Thanks for sharing mamasan, yeah it's truly a wonderful feeling to have seen your long lost friend for once again and once you get to talked your past and funny memories then everything will just go to follow and just have fun all the more and all laughing out loud because of such wonderful bond shared with your friend. Your story is a wonderful story to tell as well, and I am glad that you finally have in contact with your friend once again. :-)

true. and we're so lucky to have them in our lives. friends who are willing to meet us up even if we haven't really been with them for so many years. we find ourselves still the same and we get back on the old days having fun!... anne

I am so glad you are having a good time visiting with your friend. I feel the same way when I get to see someone who is very special. There is nothing like it. It is very refreshing and so relaxing.

We have the same view on that. I have a few friends that are so close that I tell them everything. I'm not the kind of person who makes friends easily. I choose my friend after being with him or her for a long time. I apprciate friendship and maintain it with care. Your story reminds me of contacting my friends more often.

Thanks for sharing Tracy, yeah we should always have to remind ourselves more often to contact our long lost friends...who knows, we may never can able to see them forever in this life. So, better to make a step and let's do more our best to search for them. :-)

it's truly fun to catch up on our lost times together.
my gradeschool classmates and i met again. the last time we met was when we graduated in gradeschool. that was 1992. and we had parted ways since then. and through the power of internet, we met on friendster and decided to meet again after 15 years! we did meet last march of this year. and mind you, it was one of the best days of my life!

I love it when I get to see my friends again after beeing away from them. i have a few that doesnt even live in the same country and that is hard =)

that is great news...good for you that you have a friend that remembers you all through these years...if i were you i would have felt the same and would really keep him as a friend coz friends are so precious and they are a part of every man's life.

Well it depends on how well the foundations of your relationship has been held. i have so many friends and sometimes keeping up to date with them sometimes become a burden to me. but still it's nice to know that so many people know you and accepted you to be your friend. and i am so happy to be on of that person who has so much friends and best friends. i am a kind of person whom i do feel loved when you say it to me face to face rather than keep quiet and wait for the moment for us to feel it.

Thanks for sharing hun, yeah true it really depends on how good the foundation of your friendship really is, and I agree that we truly do feel being loved by our friends when they come to tell us how they find us really as their friends. For me, that would be a wondrous feeling to have whenever a friend of mine will come to me and that would tell me how happy they are since we became friends, I would truly cherished those kind of words from them. :-)

This is truly a meaningful discussion.... i have this close friend of mine.. we have not meet for almost 4 years now.. we do keep in touch with each other thru MSN or friendster.. but that's not so often.. i would really love to catch up with him soon some day.... he's 1 of the closest friends i have... :)

friendship does last a lifetime I hae friends that i have been friends with for ten years. We don't get to see each other a alot but we do talk almost every day true friends are hard to come by so when you find them hold on to them.

Yes! It's great, isn't it? We recently got to visit with a friend we haven't seen for 3 years and it was just wonderful! We even made plans to go visit him where he lives later this summer. Hopefully, we won't wait so long in seeing each other from now on.
Friends are important and I am so happy for you and I hope you can get enjoy more time with friend.

Thank you casita and yeah we truly have fun and just talk and talk until time comes that my friend needed to go back home, oh what a sad moment then :-(, but I do know that it's just only the beginning of our meeting, more will follows when the right time comes. a friend is someone who is just there even though you have not been talking for a very long time and when you meet again it is like old times and you pick up from where you left, that is a real friend. They just let you be and you let them be and never wanting to change each others lives.simply supportive of each other what ever it is one is doing.friends are not judgemental of each other but very critical, if i might say but still very supportive.

That is so true, even how long you haven't see each other or you haven't got any contacts to this person yet the love and the spirit of your friendship will stay the same like it was then, and your moral support to a friend will never be changed despite from any distance...true friendship for me is all about sharing and just be there whenever you need a hand to lean on. Thanks for sharing.

I have a friend who suddenly showed up at my door one day after several years of not hearing from her or her family. What a surprise that was! I have another friend as well who I wish would do the same, or at least call or write me. I have lost contact with her many years ago, and wish that we could be reunited again.

It is truly much a wonderful experience when you get to see your long lost friend surprisingly, this really made me almost in tears seeing the person for once again after how many years we haven't got in contact. Now, i'm really much thankful for God for giving us the opportunity and chance to see each other again despite from those wasted years we've left behind. Thanks for sharing.

It is great to see somebody when you haven't seen them for a long time. I remember meeting a friend I hadn't seen in 20 years and whilst I could see he was the same person, he looked so incredibly different! All that adds to the excitement and pleasure one gets from such meetings :-)

Yes true, it truly adds more excitement and pleasurable moment whenever you see your friend with some changes in them physically...you will get to wonder a lot of things silently but then still can't keep it to yourself but just wanting letting it out instead and letting a friend know in a way that it don't sound like to criticize his changes but whilst just to appreciate what you see instead LOL :-)
