Lately I haven't been able to continue early morning walk because classes already started. I usually take early morning walks at 5am then go to work at 7am. Since we must get to work earlier after taking kids to school, I require a lot of time to prepare for breakfast and everything. I feel a little exhausted when I don't get to jog. I hope I'll be able to get back walking again. Rainy days is just about to start, another hindrance in my daily walk.

I don't exercise like I should anymore. It's not being of time restraints though, I think I've just gotten lazy. That and it's so hot and humid outside here in FL that it's hard to get yourself out there to do anything!

Maybe you could get a treadmill, bicycle or stair stepper. You can look in your local paper's classifieds and second hand or thrift stores

Thanks for the advice, we have a treadmill and timeworks at home. But I prefer taking a walk since it also relaxes the mind when you hear nature sounds. I think I'll just have to fix my schedule and find time in the afternoon or evening after work. Thanks again!

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems getting some exercise each day, as I know how positive the effects can be. If I don't get physically active for at least ½ hour each day, I can end up with a headache, joint pains and feel tired and lethargic. The problem is that sometimes the time slips by and I suddenly realise I have been sat at my desks either on my computer or with clients and haven't done a thing. I have a glider machine at home (similar to a cross trainer only smaller), and I will work on that for say 20 minutes if I have the time, and then I begin to feel better. Having had a heart attack last year, I know that it's most important that I keep my fitness levels high and after all, whilst work is important to me, having faced the possibility of dying, my health has to take priority. Nobody knows how long they have to live, but with exercise the quality of life can be improved without a doubt :-)

Hi there, Yes I do find time to exercise, in the early morning while my children are getting ready for school or in the late morning, if I decide to go out for a walk... However I do make the time...

Walking is supposed to be the best form of exercise that there is, according to my doctor. Along with drinking a lot of water, it acts as gas or fuel for the body. Walking is the good exercise for our health and body conditions. Mainly we should have a walk at Early morning and Evening before going to bed. It reduces our calories and fatty acids which helps to healthy in our life.
