What do you do to stop thingkin about the bad things happening to ur life?

Sometimes if I think someone especialy my husbands done for my life, I cant stop Crying even i am alone in the house, for all the mess he done and bring to my life, but I cant stil stop loving him for that, Though I can leave witout himbut still the love i felt for him is still there and thats make me cry almost of the time...
What do you think I should do to that? to stop cryin... Even im walkin outside and just a click my tears fall...
Please any could give me some advice to that to stop cryin!

Why don't you try talking to your husband? It might help to make you feel better because it can get rid of the burden you're carrying. You might find yourself feeling better after talking to him about your problems...

I tried many times but you know seems like your talkin to deaf person.
So now I would say I am lucky to found MyLots and be part of this community, I can express now here what I really feel and from the good advice of members especially reponding me so fast makes me feel someone still there with me!
